Ensures engineering and manufacturing are provided with the correct data so that the final installed product meets clients' and Schlumberger's standards/expectations.
Participates/Leads on Multilaterals, Complex Completion Installations.
Participates/Leads on the job preparation process in accordance with Schlumberger or client specific Quality Plans.
Is responsible for tracking changes to original designs and Management of Change.
Submits accurate and timely paper work and job reports and captures any lessons learned.
Performs in the role of a mentor to junior Field Specialist or Junior Field Engineers.
Assist Clients in troubleshooting associated with the services & equipment provided
Ensures installation procedures are followed without compromising safety.
Communicates on frequent basis lessons learned to implement improvements in job procedures, equipment, personnel, logistics, procurement.
Technical education degree.
Completions Field Expertise, at least 5 years experience in a multilateral completions (TAML5, TAML3, TAML2 Installation proven experience).
Comprehensive understanding of the customer's technical requirements from a reservoir, drilling and configuration perspective.
